Time and repetition are connected through the patterns of nature. Time is an inescapable presence suggesting a progression through existence. These progressions work like patterns in the form of specific repetitive motions. My goal is to express an accelerated passage of time by repeating the figure thus implying an aging process that inevitably leads to destruction. Destruction is the final stage of our aging process, as we get older our body’s change leading to the disintegration of the body.
